Where to put local arrangements contact info

Is it better to put the contact information here on the main page, or at the end of the page of help? Or both?

This same address is also at the end of the detail page. My thought was to encourage people to read what is already there, first, before sending an e-mail. But if the LA team wants to be up front here, that's OK with me, too.
