We can categorize content contributions using two attributes:

  1. Association to conference event
    • Session-specific
    • Non-session/ad hoc
  2. Purpose of content
    • Deliberated ideas/opinions/thoughts
    • Live discussion capture
    • Processed summary

The table below should help you figure out where to go to place your desired content:

Session-specific Ad hoc
Deliberated
  • Session Papers/Positions pages
Go to the WICSA 5 talk page to
  • edit an existing page or
  • add a new page.

Feel free to "section-ize" the discussion pages for organization.

Capture
  • Session Discussions pages
Summary
  • Session Results pages
  • Closing Session Highlights/Themes pages

In general, use your judgement to determine where you might add content. Don't be afraid to post in the "wrong" place. There is really no such place. In any case, remedial edits can be done right away. If you simply can't find an appropriate existing page to put your content, then it may be time to create your own page. The WICSA 5 talk page is an excellent place to put the link to your new page (i.e., as page P in the walk-thru).
